Q: Why are so many items sold out?
A: All products are made in very small batches, and they sell out very quickly. Restocks occur each week. To find out the dates and times, you can follow me here and here.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: My shipping rates are based on what it costs to ship to you (so how far you live from Iowa), how much you order (weight), cost of supplies, and labor (I pay someone to pack orders). I do not do flat rate shipping because if you only want 1 item, you shouldn't have to pay flat rate. All orders over $20 have automatic insurance included in the shipping price.

Q: Do you combine multiple orders/refund shipping overages.
A: I will happily combine all orders placed on the same day as long as all of the information on both orders was entered exactly the same. In regards to shipping overages, I will gladly refund shipping overages if there are any. If you live on the coasts, there will likely not be a refund. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: I accept all returns due to my error or a defective product. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns unless it falls under one of these two categories. I encourage all customers to thoroughly read the list of ingredients on the website to be sure that there are no allergens listed in the product.

Q: Do you offer free products in return for reviews?
A: Not at this time.
